Room cleaned daily, staff super helpful, lovely breakfast. The rooms were airconditioned but common areas weren’t which was uncomfortable at times as it was extremely hot during our stay. Terrific location to tourist destinations, public transport and dining. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Stylish elegance

The hotel is in an ideal location to explore the old town and beyond by foot, but still quiet despite the central location. The bathroom was modern with a great shower. We were grateful to be offered a very early check in after travelling for over 24hrs.

Great hotel in old town. Central to everything. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

This is a very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly, and the room was very clean and spacious, with good air conditioning. The breakfast was also very nice!

This property has had lots of thought put into its design and the sort expectations kids big and small have when they go on holidays it’s qwerky, challenging, smart, alternative design, but everything works works well and is safe. One exception is a glass door closing off a hallway which does not have a marker to help visitors’detect’ when it’s closed!!!!

Wonderful 10 out of 10.I cannot fault this hotel.The facilities,the staff and the dining options were brilliant.Not as close to the old town of Munich but good public transport services with tram stop a 2 min walk.

The room was clean, good natural light, comfortable. The bathroom was well organised. The reception desk was helpful and very pleasant. The dining room, accessed by a cute enclosed glass bridge over the canal, provided very good breakfast and dinner. It was an easy brisk walk to the Elbphilharmonie. A very good hotel.

Nice room, staff very helpful, hassle free valet parking, multiple restaurants some of which stay open late so you can eat after the opera = overall a very nice hotel

Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and practical. The beds were comfortable. A hairdryer was offered and on request a kettle provided. Although free water was provided some tea/coffee would have been appreciated. The free shuttle was a plus even though it required a bit of a walk. Overall and excellent choice for uncomplicated travel.
