If you're look to gamble, Central City is a great place. We did not gamble while there, but hiked at St Mary's glacier. It is a great location, close to a lot of hiking trails.

A must know it's that if you are doing weeknights, be sure to eat earlier, as all the restaurants are closed by 9. However, you will love that it is all walkable and has a shuttle option as well.

Very cute area. If you come here you need to go through town out to the historical cemeteries. They are so interesting and really cool.

Central city and Blackhawk were really nice. The shuttle bus that is available all day long is a huge plus.

I'm not a gambler or smoker so I didn't appreciate the casino; however, the suite was very nice and quiet and the hotel restaurant served good food at reasonable prices. We very much enjoyed the proximity to the Central City Opera.

Just a beautiful little place. But would not recommend for wheelchairs
"Hotel was very clean and modern. Suites came with a full kitchen and stocked with all of your basic dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans, microwave. Lots of entertainment easily walkable in the area. "
"The room was very nice. I liked the coffee machine in the room and unlimited water.
The carpet on the hall needed repair as there were places where it was repaired with tape."
