"The Family Room has nice windows for walls on two sides and was larger than the advertised 22 m2. It was actually 25 m2. However, it does NOT have 1 queen and 1 single bed because it can only sleep 2 people, not 3. It has 2 super single beds. The room had a kettle, but no coffee or tea as advertised. This is the first hotel that I have seen that does not provide standard toilet paper. Instead, they give you a box of facial tissue. Kind of odd, but it did the job. This place is not easy to...

The staff was extremely responsive and understanding in our communication and kind enough to arrange a late check-in to match our flight schedule. The room was spacious and comfortable having the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. We already have plans to return."
