We are platinum travelers and our flight to Borneo was rescheduled 3 times. They didn't care at all. They would not refund any of our money. I would never go back here ever."

Impressively, the management provided an alternative solution within just five minutes. Even more commendable, the property manager personally traveled a considerable distance in the middle of the night to deliver a new access card-despite the fact that I already had temporary access. "Insgesamt eine moderne vollausgestattete Unterkunft und unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Petrona Towers. Für mich war jedoch störend: trotz 35. Etage sind die Fenster kaum isoliert und je nach Zimmer (wie bei mir), hat man 2 Hauptstraßen direkt vor dem Fenster und die Lautstärke ist enorm, desweiteren sind 4 Fahrstühle viel zu wenig. Teilweise wartet man 15 Minuten bis man einen Fahrstuhl hat, der hält und der nicht überfüllt ist. Desweiteren fand ich zwar den Pool sehr cool gemacht, aber leider egal...
