"The property itself is amazing and has everything you could possibly need with lovely clean rooms and super spacious. Having said that this was managed by a pretty useless company. I wasn't given a code to open the safe to get the key to the apartment so check in took forever. The link to pay the tax did not work and without that I was unable to access other information like WiFi (I had to then contact the management company separately but they were still unable to provide a link to pay). Impressively, the management provided an alternative solution within just five minutes. Even more commendable, the property manager personally traveled a considerable distance in the middle of the night to deliver a new access card-despite the fact that I already had temporary access.
