"I booked a studio (internal room and bathroom) initially which was too small for all my luggage and I needed the external view, so upgraded to a Studio apartment. The apartment was very clean, light and well equipped. Everything I needed for an 8 night solo stay. Spectacular view over the city and well placed for travel.
The service was efficient and friendly and very responsive when I requested an upgrade.
My only grumble would be about the lifts. They are limited for the amount of floors and...

"ロケーションは駅も近く建物内に素敵なカフェやローカルショップもあり申し分なしでした。
部屋の広さも快適でしたが、小さい茶ゴキが多く、シャワールームとトイレの間にカーテンがないため、床はびしょびしょになります。
また、エアコンが壊れているのか、リモコンでついたりつかなったりしました。チェックインの前に確認して欲しかったです。
リセプンションは常に混んでいます。"

"Couldn’t checkin. No response on calls or messages for a day. Expedia support even offered to cancel booking.
1.5 hours later front desk finally found someone to deliver room key. Apparently they forgot about it.
Bedsheet has blood stain. Cleanliness is definitely an issue. "
