"My wife and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary at our favorite cabin! The mountain views always take our breaths away, and the rolling clouds through the mountains are amazing to watch. This cabin is packed with so many thoughtful and fun things, the game room has everything you could ever need to have a good time. Loved the hot tub overlooking the view. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Will be back again someday!"

"The view is spectacular. The cabin is clean and very cozy. There is plenty of hiking trails nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much, and spent a ton of time out on the porch enjoying the view. A qarning about the driveway up to the cabin: its steep and curvy. Highly recommend doing it in daylight the first time. We had our Camaro with us and it made the trip up the hill without any problem."

The cabin was very clean and had plenty of towels and kitchen accessories. This is clearly stated in the description but the location of the game room with pool table can’t be accessed by the main house. It’s attached to the house downstairs but has to be accessed by stairs outside. Not a big deal for us. We enjoyed several games of pool but wish...

"Amazing views with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Secluded and very quiet location. Sunsets off the back porch on the rocking chairs with a hot tub and fire pit to enjoy as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook - even spices and frosty mugs!"

"Everything was amazing. So relaxing to hear the creek all night. I loved being about to walk outside and feel like I was in a dream. The only complaint I have is the main bed needs a new mattress. I slept on the couch to avoid it the second night. But other than that it was an amazing trip and I can’t wait to go back."

"Shady Creek was a great place to stay for three nights with my girlfriend while we enjoyed the local roads and explored the area. The setting is up hill and provides a nice, nearly secluded view into the woods. Which was enjoyable from the new hot tub that was recently installed! On the inside we were surprised to find the HVAC wasn’t working! But Troy was very quick to respond. He installed window units to make sure we were comfortable! We were also surprised to find one pane on the bedroom...
