"The stairs to upper rooms was in serious disrepair; to the point that those rooms should have been closed. The whole place was in need of a complete update. Electrical wires gerry rigged from outlet to appliance. Check-in staff was efficient but less than friendly. We had not stayed here before and will not stay here again. Not much good to say about Samd Pebbles. "

"The property is well situated with amazing oceanview rooms, a little pricey but you get what you pay for in an oceanview room. One peculiar condition you must agree to is a noise curfew after 10 PM. Nothing wrong with that except this does not apply to the hotel room heating and ventilation system, bathroom fan and small fridge in your room. It seems they needed some overdue maintenance. These were quite noisy and left us with some restless sleep until we shut off the thermostat for the night. One other concern for us as we are seniors. The deep soaking bathtub was nice in our room but even with a grab bar it was difficult to raise your legs over the tub wall to use the shower. A room with a walk in shower would have been nice for us."

"Amazing. This is really a high end boutique hotel. Location is stella. Staff very helpful. Parking is a bit limited. If your on 2nd floor there is no elevator.On site in door outdoor restaurant is pricy but lots of othet great options close by."
