"The hotel is beautiful, modern, of high quality materials and design. It pays attention to little amenities such as pajamas, soap, shampoo, sleepers and so on. Services were quick and effective. The area was quiet and clean. Overall, it was a satisfying stay. "

"Perfect location on top of metro and close enough to shopping district and attractions. Staff were so warm and welcoming. And breakfast was great for westerners. Room was spacious for Japan but didn’t have a smart tv which was surprising. However we were out most of the time so not needed but just surprised for such a tech focussed country. Highly recommend the hotel"

"If you can stay here. Just do it. Closest hotel to universal studios Japan. 2-3 minutes from door to gate. We loved this place. Lawsons right down stairs. Restaurant all around the hotel. Train station 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It’s a little small for 2 adults and 2 small kids. But it was our fault not to get more beds. Staff was friendly too. "
