Great staff
The staff and receptionists are so lovely and friendly. Food is ok. Breakfast a bit boring repetitive if you stay like I did for a few weeks. Next to lotus so ok if you need anything. Pool gym and massage spa is very nice, lady there is very kind and helpful.

If I had known there was going to be corporate functions of hundreds of people, no parking and the pool was closed I wouldn’t of stayed.

Nice hotel, good cafe, would recommend. Only issues were that the gym cardio equipment had electrical problems and there was only lukewarm water in the room.

The wall is not keep noice can hear everything and the rest just nice. The lady in the office who answer the call for hotel reservation speak very rude . Using her emotion like no education. Unprofessional. But the front desk is very nice

This hotel was excellent, the staff were all very friendly and the rooms superb. The best thing about our stay were the very comfortable beds which were heavenly!

Had to cancel due to corona virus threat. They refused refund. I had to call usa branch of hotels.com just to get someone who can sort it out. Hotel management is absolutely rude.

Bathrooms could be cleaner. This is still the best place to stay in this area. Able parking. Close to Tesco Supermarket. Hate the one key policy and the fact i can not leave room while my partner dleeps and take the room key since it shuts off all the electricity and a/c. Really cheap and stupid. I understand it but hate it.

I have come to this city for many years and stayed in a number of its hotels. This hotel is by far the best for comfort, cleanness, modern amenities and service. Located next to many food choices and the best shopping. Breakfast buffet is excellent in quality and variety. I am very happy to stay here a second time.

A 5* experience.
Booked a superior twin room for 3 nights. What fantastic value for money. I give it a 5* rating. One of the best I've stayed and over 16 years that's a lot. Nice room, very comfortable bed. Good sized pool but partly shaded, making the water cold. Good food cooked well. Lots of staff, constantly cleaning. Friendly staff with good English skills. Breakfast varied over the three days, as did the choice of bread, but good standard. Very relaxed self service, which I liked. I highly recommend it. Tesco Lotus 50m away, with variety of shops and food outlets. Located a distance from town centre involving a B100 taxi ride. B200 from town centre via call centre.
