"Beautifully maintained hotel with historic character. Staff very helpful and courteous. Convenient to take platform 5 bus from airport and get off on Takaramachi stop. Then walk across bridge over street. It was a little bit awkward to move our luggage up and down bridge stairs but manageable and hotel is right there. Train station is about 10 min walk. "

"The rooftop onsen was wonderful. There were massage chairs waiting on the way out of the bath. The room was small but perfect for one or a cozy couple. Everything was clean. Sometimes it’s hard to find the hotel when leaving the station but I had no trouble because I saw the sign on the building as soon as I exited. For US$222, it was an amazing deal."

"One of the more inexpensive official hotel option of HTB. It’s quite a walk from the HTB station. So if you get there before 11am, believe there is a shuttle that could pick you up from the carpark. I didn’t take it as I found out only when I got to the hotel, but managed to take the shuttle when leaving. This shuttle operates every 20 mins and last shuttle is just after 11am. Weekday and weekend schedules are different. However, please note that there is usually nobody at the reception before 3pm. This place is highly self serve. They strictly do not allow early check in, and charge late checkout by the hour. If you want to leave your luggage there before you check in, knock on the door behind reception counter to get staff attention. Eco friendly, so personal amenities are to be picked up at reception after check in. The room was very clean, new and spacious with door separating sleeping and rest of the room. There are vending machines at the lobby as a karaoke soundproof cubicle for rent there as well. A self managed minimart for snacks as well. Overall a very good experience. "

"Only downside is it's a 20 minute walk from the Nagasaki station, so with bags it can be a bit of a workout (sidewalks are uneven paving stones). Can take the tram, but it is very crowded, or the bus. Room was very nice, laundry on site, and a nice cafe."

"Enjoyed my stay here. Room was large and bathtub was nicely sized and comfortable for soaking in after lots of walking. Hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. Location was very convenient and located right next to Amu plaza and Nagasaki station. Would definitely stay again."

"Travelling by bicycle. Although there is no “official” place to park a bike, the staff found a spot in a back room to store it for me. Much appreciated. "
