"We went there is off season so it is quiet and comfortable. We walked around the Island and the weather is nice. Food is affordable but portion is relatively small. Western breakfast is superb and a must try!"

"Although this hotel is an older traditional Japanese style, staff are super friendly and helpful for foreigners. They set up the bed for you everyday and excellent hospitality. Fantastic view overlooking the whole Nagasaki city. Highly recommend! "

"Across the street from the Tram and Nagasaki Station. Good food options inside Amu Plaza (definitely recommend over paying for hotel breakfast just for variety). Family Mart and Lawsons around the corner. Property is outdated, but met my needs. Elevator smelled like cigarettes. Laundry was about 500 yen (300 to wash, 100 for 20 min., but clothes won’t dry in 20 min). Bathroom is modular, and you have to step up like 10 inches (this seems dangerous for older people or having to use the toilet at...

"The Whole place is old, paint peeling everywhere along with rust. Got a room with a view of the back of the hotel. The hallway smelled horrible and the "restaurant" on the top floor was reservation only and wouldn't serve us even though it was empty. Definitely don't recommend and will not visit again."

"駅からホテルは結構遠い。路面電車が便利で五島町で乗り降りするとホテルに近い。ホテルの前には軍艦島ツアーのオフィスがありお勧めしたい。前もってオンライン予約が必要ですが、分からなければオフィスに行って聞くと良い。ホテルの近くにはゆめタウンがあり、湾岸沿いを散歩するのも景色が良いところだ。殆んどの観光地は路面電車で片道140円と安くて便利。 私達は7階に4日間滞在したが、部屋から出るとそこらじゅうに袋が置いてあり、まるでゴミの山のような状態であった。それにはびっくりしたのと嫌な気がした。綺麗に片付けておいて欲しい。"

"Double bed context has 3 types of large beds - standard, queen and king so do state it during booking else Standard double will be issued. We topped up a little to King bed and it's such a spacious room and bathroom at 24 m2. Nice hotel at Victoria settings. Polite hotel staff. eateries, Daiso, Starbucks, Aeon are all within walking distance."
