"The owner is very friendly and speaks perfect English. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the hotel. The area in front of the hotel is beside the river. There was some construction happening on the the building that was a little inconvenient at the entrance, but the room was great! Cold air conditioning, comfortable beds ample sized room with beautiful view of the Nile and boats out the window."

They made a sincere effort to connect with us, asking about where we were from. A particularly touching gesture was receiving a kind note written in English in the morning, and the receptionist even greeting us in our native language, Tamil—a thoughtful detail that made us feel truly special.
The hospitality here stood out in comparison to other places we visited in Egypt. Unlike elsewhere, the staff or other natives here did not demand tips, which added to the sincerity of their service.
