"The island hotel was very pretty and you got a good view from restaurants/ balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very large shared balcony. The staff were a bit a abrupt at times and the room was not ready for check in at 3pm. There was a little bit of a leak in the bathroom and the floor got very wet after a shower. Dinner was very average but was included in the room rate. A nice calm retreat away from the main town. You do have to get a boat to get there but they operate...

"Pure thieves. They did not answer the phone to confirm reservation for days. I got a call from a different phone number saying that he presents the hotel but it is full and they will increase the price for an inland hostel as they are overbooked. They needed a deposit on line to send me their boat. Terrible trap in a gang organization. Very much disappointed in Expedia choice and support. I do not know who has my card information now"

"Magical setting right on the Nile! Beautiful and historic building, fabulous swimming pool and spa for relaxing (highly recommend Donya at the spa for massages and body scrub), fantastic restaurants (3), and the staff was so friendly and attentive. We spent New Year’s Eve and 6 days before on the property and it was a magical vacation. Visits of historic sites in the mornings and then relaxing by the pool in the afternoons. Perfect vacation "
