"Iconic place filled with historical and majestic vibes. Everything was great. Food was delicious. The piano player at 1902 restaurant at dinner was phenomenal playing um Kalthoum and other classic Arabic music. Really memorable. The staff is polite and extra kind and gracious. The wooden stairs were not so clean and had webs at some corners."

"Had a wonderful stay in this Nubian guesthouse, loved waking up to an amazing view to the Nile with lovely traditional breakfast outside. Highly recommend this place for everybody, they take super good care of you. I was travelling alone as a woman so it felt great. It's also easy to take a boat to Aswan or a taxi from the guesthouse. Hope to visit this place again :)"

"I love this property. It was authentic to the Nubian people who are from Aswan. The staff was accomadating and helpful. Food was delicious. Breakfast was more like a feast. Authentic Egyptian breakfast. Better to have the hotel send transportation from the airport. It is difficult to find as it is really off the beaten path. Sat and watched the sun rise from my room. Beautiful. "

"Very good communication with us. Young man who checked us in was friendly and good English. The hotel is on the water but not a well traveled areas yet on the boat docks. We walked on the hill to the small local store for drinks and snacks and paid 1/5 what we had in the past. $1.70 got us 4 drinks, three bags of chips and ice cream! Room was fine, TV didn’t work and they did offer us “upgrade” room for $15 to one with A/C but we were fine in late March without."

"This hotel was clean and the service was great. We were traveling with two parents, three children. The hotel is a docked cruise ship and the rooms are cabins. They are small, but we were comfortable and the views of the Nile were incredible. We had room service which was inexpensive and delicious."

"Pure thieves. They did not answer the phone to confirm reservation for days. I got a call from a different phone number saying that he presents the hotel but it is full and they will increase the price for an inland hostel as they are overbooked. They needed a deposit on line to send me their boat. Terrible trap in a gang organization. Very much disappointed in Expedia choice and support. I do not know who has my card information now"
