"This is a very nice hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and allowed me to check in quite early. My room had a huge balcony and a great view of the city and the river. Special thanks to Guest Relations Manager Reham, who made transportation arrangements, gave me tips for walking around the city, and treated me like a king. Highly recommended!"

"A nice hotel, with first class staff. When I was booking in I was asked what I had planmed for tomorrow, I said I was getting picked up at 0400 to go to Abu Simbel, and right away I was offered a boxed breakfast, top notch. Good sized room with a usable balcony. Plenty of room in the shower etc. Breakfast was a good selection. I would happily stay here again"

The staff is amazing specially the concierge Mustafa who took care of us, picked us up personally at the boat and helped us with our cruise and tours. Best services, knowledge and efficiency. You should also visit his store to shop for oils and herbs."
