We did not need airport shuttle. We used private transfer from Luxor to Aswan. Humbling experience during the stay. People were so amazing, our laundry was done for the next day, super affordable. The staff was incredible, we celebrated our anniversary during the trip. The hotel gave us a cake which we shared with the staff. The sunset boat ride was expectacular. For sure the beat hotel we stayed in Egypt

excellent staff - effective, friendly, funny, caring. pool and pool area was great. bar area by the water was superb. quiet and interesting with great views. rooms are small but compact and fine. (windows need more security - easy to “break” in). i avoided leaving the property.

A really nice hotel! I was exhausted when I arrived and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a view of the Nile River. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, providing me with valuable information about Aswan. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good location and friendly service

Location directly by the Nile is fantastic. The rooms are rather minimal equipped and and are nott too comfortable. We booked a queen bed but had to single ones that they moved together. The service is very nice there, personell friendly. Unfortunately the bar was rather empty at night. They have very good local wine there.

We stayed in a suite on the Nile and it was worth every extra cent more. Fantastic view, right on the Nile, big rooms with nice bed. Big bathroom. Restaurant was 24 hrs with good buffet breakfast. Bar area was nice. Included 1 hr sunset boat trip. Caught Felucca tour from hotel dock. Service is good but not exceptional. Highly recommend for trip to Aswan.

The lower end rooms looked old and worn bit overall clean. The shower head didnt stay up and water did not drain properly. The nice restaurants, great staff, nice pool, complimentary nile cruise and good secuirty makes up for this. All restaurant prices include tip and taxes. Price and quality were reasonable

The location of the hotel infront of the river was amazing. The people and the service was excellent. I love the pool and the guest service desk that arrange some travels for me. If you can try to arrange the airport transportation, the taxi at the airport are much expensive!

It’s all you need for a stay in Aswan. The pool is 24 hours which is nice. The restaurant is not good - go somewhere else for food. But it’s ok, if you’re out during the day sightseeing and all you need is a decent room, this place does the job. Don’t expect luxury

The best thing about the property is its location! It is right on the Nile and within walking distance to the Aswan Bazar. This combination is the most important thing in Aswan. Having said that, please note that the rooms are slightly dated, but very functional and clean. The breakfast area is amazing with breathtaking view on the Nile, what else do you need?! If you have the right expectations about the room conditions (dated, but clean and functional), you will have a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
