"The biggest takeaway that was most worthy of mentioning was not a thing, but a person. The staff at the reception desk was amazing! Ms Tommi was a sheer delight. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor showed she truly enjoyed people and her job. We just happened to arrive when the building was secured by the Fire Department, due to a suspected fire alarm. Although we were unable to get to our rooms right away. It became pleasurable to watch Ms Tommi handle some “not so understanding” guests. She...

"Liked - the weight room facilities were great. It was clean and bright. Pool area was nice. Coffee machine and water on main floor was nice. Cardboard cut outs were fun. Breakfast was easy and convenient. Disliked - no wipes or anything to clean the machines after using them in the weight room. "

"No exhaust fan in bathroom. Only sheers over window. Room was light all night. No light-blocking/sound-blocking drapes to lessen the outside lights and traffic noise. Tossed and turned (both of us) all night. Cheap carbohydrate breakfast. "

"Service here was amazing! The ladies at the front desk made check in and check out and any requests I had a breeze. The only thing that I’d note that might not be on the listing is that you will have to pay for valet parking. About $50 a night! But on that note, I would say this is one of the better valet services I’ve experienced. "
