"The hotel’s location for exploring Old San Juan was excellent! Staff very helpful and welcoming, the security systems in place for accessing the hotel were top notch, breakfast was delicious and great options, the roof top lounges and jacuzzi were quite nice and a great place to hang out in the evenings. We chose a ground level room because we had a lot of luggage and didn’t want to have to carry it upstairs but the lack of windows in our room (which we knew in advance) made the room a little darker than what we would have liked. We’d definitely stay at this hotel again but next time we’d stay in one of the balcony rooms for the natural light. "
