Location and customer service at the check in is excellent! We don’t sleep due to noises coming from the rooms upstairs, and the cleaning team needs upgrade!

Older buildings renovated on the cheap but good decorating and reasonably clean. Bed and bedding could be improved. Would be good for an extended stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to old town but has free parking.

Great place to stay in San Juan

Great place to stay in San Juan. Clean, safe and good location. Service was over the top. Only suggestion would be to beef up the kitchen a bit. The burner plate that served as a stove was very weak and took a long time to cook anything, and the pots, pans, utensils, etc were minimal. For an establishment that works so hard otherwise to make your stay pleasant, it wouldn't be too hard to close that gap. But I have no problem recommending this place as we enjoyed our stay and the service was great.

The experience was ok. The communication was great and the staff as well. However the apartment was not very clean. The sheets were stained and the pillows were old and not comfortable at all. Also the floor felt like it needed cleaning.

Difficult to reach due to many 1way streets. Can only communicate with front desk via Whatsapp. Seedy neighborhood. Loose roosters/chickens start crowing at 3 am. Mattresses are terrible. Furniture looks like it's literally Salvation Army/Goodwill rejects. People party late into night on weekends, then on week days the exercise equipment in the gym next door starts pounding at 6 am. The staff is sweet and responsive.

Loved my stay here. The apartment was spacious and had great character. Location was perfect, about 20 a minute walk to Old San Juan and 15 minute walk to the beach. It is off a busy road so there is some street noise but overall would recommend and would stay here again myself.
