"At check in I had asked for upgrade as I am reward member. I was told they would call my room once upgrade was available. Never got a call. There 3 nights. When I got to my room I noticed how dirty it was. Hair on toilet seat and lid, crumbs on floor, bugs on counter and fridge. Walls in bathroom all splashed up and stained. I could go on and on about how gross I felt and how the floors were sticky and how there was no place to put toiletries in bathroom, but what did me in was the FILTHY bed linens. Mine had blood, urine, food, sweat stains. I notified the manager and they did change it after I showed him pictures. Should be rated one star and priced accordingly."
