"This place exceeded my expectations! I initially thought it would be more like a lodge or motel, but it turned out to be beautifully luxurious and incredibly cozy. The bed is very comfortable, and the room is spacious and well-appointed. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only slight downside is that the view isn’t particularly impressive, but everything else more than makes up for it. Highly recommended! 🌟"

"Staff was sooo friendly and helpful. Rooms have a whole wall of floor to ceiling windows to enjoy incredible views. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Great being able to do our laundry in self serve laundry room. When the road was suddenly closed to Queenstown due to weather damage, we turned back around and stayed here again! Love it!"
