Upgrade at checkin was greatly appreciated. Room clean and comfortable with fast wifi. This property has a share kitchen dining area with a wonderful view to the mountains, very well facilitated. Highly recommend.

Great stay in the deluxe accommodation. Comfy beds and the hot tub was very relaxing. Note that the tvs aren’t smart tvs so you’re limited to local tv. We ate at monsoon both nights and the food was excellent

New, clean, spacious, most comfortable bed ever and lovely 'pretend' fire heater. Very romantic.

Love the motel. We are family of three kids under 10 years old, one is a toddle. It is little bit pricy for but honestly no complaint with the cleanness inside. We are happy to stay again.

Arrived late on a Saturday to find friendly hosts who had the heaters going and the free wifi all organised. The room was way better than expected for the price. Modern well laid out and super comfortable. Spotlessly clean. We had booked a spa bath unit and again were pleasantly surprised to find a large corner spa that was great to relax in after enjoying the wonderful walks around fox. We had only booked one night but quickly decided we wanted to stay on as fox glacier had more to offer than...

Friendly team, good amenities & centre of town. Communal lounge & kitchen is well equipped. All in all a good stay at a good price.

Lovely job in renovating this old church. Great kitchen and appliances. The bed needs attention, you felt a bit like you were sleeping in a ditch with our bodies sinking in. Overall great though. Thank you.

The room was beautiful (we had a loft apartment) with good amenities. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The ensuite lodge was very comfortable. Kitted with a gas heater that warms up the place really quick during winter. The bathroom included a personal spa tub, which was very user friendly.

We received a very helpful welcome and assistance on arrival after a long day. Easy check in, info provided and access to a well appointed Tree House family set up. It was a perfect self catering option to allow us a bit of space for kids but be a perfect base to explore Franz Josef Glacier. All in all, an excellent option!

Very nice motel. Had a room with a great mountain view. Even though it was a studio unit, it was more roomier than other properties ‘1 bedroom’ units. Management look after your needs. It is also well on the affordable scale.

Just right for a short stay. Car parking at your door. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to all activities and the view is stunning!

We stayed in a king size studio that had plenty of room. From the entrance we could see the snow covered mountains which was a bonus as the actual view was towards the township. It was clean and it had a well equipped kitchenette which is essential as eating out here is v expensive. Only issue is sound proofing, we could hear the neighbours whose alarm went off at 6am. They also left their car running for a good ten minutes before leaving but it was not frosty or snowing..
