"I only stayed one night for a quick visit to Dunedin but would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed which I really appreciated as I have back problems. The well equipped kitchenette facilities were an added bonus as I was able to prepare a simple meal - the supermarket is just a very short drive away.
