"Another excellent trip on the houseboat. Love this hotel - great location, fabulous accommodation. Why stay in a regular hotel when you can stay here!"

"Clean hotel and room, very comfy bed and great selection at breakfast including hot items. Ideal location near to the city centre and rail station, or car parking if you drive there. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Had a great stay at the hotel, really pleased I did. Being really picky, the lift had issues reading cards before you select the floor you want, which was a bit annoying, and my shower wasn't very powerful for hot/warm water (only cold), but I made do, and didn't mean too much, it still wouldn't deter me from booking the hotel again. Overall, a great stay. "
"The location is fantastic, right in front of the Christmas market with a beautiful view of the Town Hall. The room was spacious, bright, and extremely clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Highly recommend! "
