"There was many things that were incredibly disappointing about this property. An hour before arriving we received a message to say the main bathroom toilet was blocked and they weren’t going to fix it before our stay, meaning the only toilets available were inside the 2 en-suite bathrooms. After arriving we found the house in what seemed to be mid construction. The kitchen was still covered in protective plastic, with cupboards without handles and a complete lack of cutlery, glasses and plates....

"The property was great, very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family, 7 people total. Everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked, and communication was great. Location was terrific, with lots of great shops and restaurants. One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to get to the flat. That was a bit of a surprise, but we were able to manage it."

Very clean and comfortable room, but there is no air con available in the rooms which wasn’t ideal during a rather hot weekend. I did appreciate the fan supplied which helped overnight. "I had a great short break here, the staff, the services and general standards were really good. Only downsides were the bed was two singles put together, and the spa closed at 8pm, probably should be more like 9/10pm, which I didn't expect for £360 per night, other than that I'd recommend staying here.
