"Very good basic room to lay your head for a night for the price. Spotlessly clean. Pastry and coffee included the next morning, parking was tricky and we had to park on the road outside. My only concern that there was a lot of noise during the night. Staff were very nice. Would say again."

"I paid a bit extra for the Privilege room and it was well worth it, I had a massive bed, a little table with a couple of armchairs, and a mini-fridge! The bathroom was lovely. unfortunately one of the radiators in my room was stuck on but with the windows open and the fan blowing it was a comfortable temperature. Although the swimming pool had quite a lot of bits floating in it, the Sauna was great and the rest of the spa facilities were brilliant. I had two treatments done during my stay and thoroughly enjoyed both. The breakfast selection was amazing! As well as the usual cooked breakfast items, there were cereals, nuts, seeds and dried fruit, alonf with a choice of bread, crumpets, croissants and pain-o-chocolat, and also a choice of cured meats, salami, fresh fruit and salad! Something for everyone!"

"Staff were very helpful. There are some renovations ongoing at the moment. I was initially given a room that was still being renovated, so walked into a room with dust sheets on the floor and missing furniture. Staff were very apologetic and gave me 2 complimentary drinks at the bar while they prepared another room. Breakfast was amazing, really good quality and delicious"
