Very Clean, good location, attractive property. Could use a vent fan in bathroom, hooks or rods to hang towels/clothes in bathroom, new hairdryer and coffeemaker that would serve 2 cups without overflowing.

Staff was very nice they let us check in at midnight even though their office was closed. The room has a microwave and a fridge which was awesome. The parking situation was interesting because the property is very compact but the man who helped us gave us a map and showed us where to park so it was fine. The property is a 5 min drive to restaurants and a grocery store in Carmel and 10ish minutes from canary row in Monterey. We ubered to Monterey and it was $15 both ways so if you want to hit up some breweries and drink a bit it’s definitely doable. Overall the property is very cute and the room is perfect if you’re planning on being out all day!

Cozy and very reasonable, unlike most any other place i have stayed, clean, but not new. comfortable.
