Great few days here. Room was good size for a double with comfy bed and a/c. Location was super, just outside the walls of Lucca and ample car parking

Perfect for our visit. Outside the Lucca Wall so easy to park, but so close that walking was easy. Great service, great breakfast, great room and bathroom and completely quiet.

Very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay, the reception staff Anna, Sonia and Riccardo were friendly and helpful and Iuliana made sure that the amazing breakfast was service with a smile. They were all wonderful ambassadors for the hotel and we loved it!

A 9 night stay in Lucca

Our room was large with a very comfortable king bed. The outside terrace and lounge provided us with the ideal space for some quiet enjoyment. The buffet breakfast choices were most enjoyable. The hotel location, just outside of the walls and a short walk to the station, suited us perfectly. However, the best thing about this hotel has to be the staff, who treated so well.

Fabulous, location is perfect for the old town, great staff, free bike hire, great choice of breakfast, everything is clean. The spa was closed on Sunday so did not use.

I thought that the spa offering was both unique and a nice vip offering. I said no to the offering prior as I did not get an up graded room. I did request a different room because of the steps and we had told them before that we could not lug the luggage up more steps. They did move us to an end room but it was not any different than the one we had aside from the no steps needed to enter the room from the hall.

Despite that the listing on Expedia and the hotel’s website say there is a restaurant at this hotel there isn’t one. There is one next door but it’s closed on Sundays and Mondays and you need reservations most nights. The hotel is located in a no man’s land without restaurants, grocery or convenience stores. If you are traveling by car it would be an appropriate place to stay but otherwise getting anywhere requires a long walk. Lastly, The electrical outlets don’t put out enough power to charge all devices. I wasn’t able to charge my Kindle.

The hotel is in a perfect location- walking distance from the train station, an easy walk into the city, and bicycles to use. The spa was clean and the saunas were hot.

Gute Lage zur Stadtmauer/Innenstadt, kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden, schöne Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen, um z.B. Pisa zu fahren und sich dort due Parkplatz-Suche zu ersparen (1 Station vor Pisa Centrale aussteigen, dann sind es nur 5-8 Minuten zum Schuefeb Turm/Dom).
