"This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. The location is great - convenient to the center of town, as well as shopping and restaurants. We come to Montecatini once or twice a year so I hope we can stay here again."

We had to checkout early to catch a flight which resulted in a bit of a mix up but I have to say the resolution was excellent. "We were greeted by a very helpful and polite chap who spoke exceLlent English and he happily talked us through the features available in the hotel and the town. He made several great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and pleasnatly served. The bed wsn't the comfiest, but not too bad. The location is very handy too. The free parking 5 minutes walk away wa easy and convenient to. Not a lot open on a Monday night so the local cafe was the only real option, but that was fine.Small quiet hotel with friendly happy staff. What more do you want?"
