"They said they “upgrade” me to a better room when I checked in. Yet, the condition of the room is really poor. I can see wires Socket (internet and phone) is exposed, TV remote on/off switch is not working, the so call cloth cabinet is so short that shirts are touching the bottom, wallpaper is peeling off, shower room is so small that I have difficulty to turn. "I love the Prudential. It has great ac. Location is fantastic with shopping center below and metro station. It is not super fancy, however, it is clean and simple. Breakfast is not my preference… I prefer to walk a few blocks to the Sheraton and have breakfast there. Price wise, The Prudential is a great option. I recommend."
