"Clean and quiet room with courteous staff. Plenty of convenient stores and restaurants surrounding the hotel within easy and short walking distance. Close to nice shopping centers as well. "
"I like this hotel for the lower price in Hongkong, Hongkong is very expensive for staying in hotels, spending US$60 for a small room with no star, but I’m still happy. If you spend $60 you can get a 4 star hotel in Vietnam because It is a different country"

"I’m very thankful that my stay here was safe during Typhoon Ragasa. I was scared and desperate after my original booking at Hilton Park Mong Kok (through Expedia) didn’t come up at the front desk. It seems the reservation may have shown as the wrong date, though I don’t see how that happened. Unfortunately, Hilton refused my stay and any refund.
Holiday Inn Express Mong Kok (right nexy door) saved me during that stressful time, and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay here. I felt safe, cared for, and I’m very happy with the experience.
Thank you for breakfast!"
"We stayed at this hotel from 9/9/25 to 22/9/25 and the only thing we can advise is do not stay at this hotel if you come from a western country. The staff treat the people from the UK totally different to the Chinese in the level of service they provide.
We booked a Deluxe Harbour View room but upgraded to one with Club access and we were glad that we did. The room had a great view of Victoria Harbour but the hotel did not comply with our request of a high floor. The room was on the 12th floor but most club rooms were between the 18th and 20th floors.
The reason we upgraded to one with club access was that breakfast was included in the price. Although it was somewhat limited in the choice you had, and was mostly warm at best, it did save us quite a lot of money. However, the club room staff were annoying because they watched your every move, and as soon as one of you finished eating they would come and take the plate away. Despite this we were glad we did have the club access because all meals at the hotel were extremely expensive for what they provided.
With regards the 5 star rating this hotel is given at best we would rate it a 3 star playing at 5 stars.
Concerning the location it is to far out of the main attractions although the MTR is close.
Therefore our advice is do not stay at this hotel and stay at one of branded hotels like the Hyatt if you are from the UK or English speaking country.

"Front desk was very helpful. housekeeping staff had made my room very clean and tidy. love the hotel location which is connecting to a shopping mall with MTR access. "
"Corner location. Near metro. Food options. Local restaurants. Local markets for fresh foods. Check out the wine bars, that was a surprise! Complimentary breakfast. But, bring your toothbrush/paste otherwise purchase in the lobby. "
