The room the room accommodation was amazing and the view was everything we asked for! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the mid levels!
Rooms are pretty nice. The queen bed was 2 twin mattress put together. The WiFi worked great. The staff went above and beyond to help you. Amazing pool and view of the city. Hotel was 20 ft from the bus stop. The area was very safe. I would stay here again.
A lovely hotel at mid levels near escalator and transport. The staff were very helpful and we had a pleasant stay. Food was plentiful, tasty and not too expensive. We enjoyed the pool and the zoo nearby. Highly recommended.
They are always the best. Staff are super kind and the room is clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Disliked: Staff & service
Decent hotel and good value for money, the views on higher floors are stunning. Now the bad part: there are no mini bar contents in all rooms and limited food options in the restaurant. Room keys haven't been updated since 1980 and use big bulky key chains with physical metal keys. I booked the suite and instead of the sofa I expected I got two uncomfortable chairs to sit in the living area which made the living area useless. WiFi was unbearable and couldn't do any serious work or video calls. At least supply a LAN cable if your WiFi is crowded.
Good convenient location. Cozy rooms and helpful staff. Free shuttle made the commute more efficient. I would recommend the place as good value for money

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Good hotel for weekend stay in HK. Pool good feature for cool down at end of day. Rooms small but adequate. Close the escalator to get back up hill. Taxi cheap from central to location.
The standard double rooms are on the small side so we book the mini suite which are very nice with better views. We have stayed there on five different occasions. The latest stay was very pleasant. As the hotel is in mid-levels they provide a courtesy bus to more central areas.
Prebooked room tiny despite being deluxe ! Upgraded to suite for very little extra . Great rooms & views definitely worth paying more . Had breakfast 1 morning & my partner was sent back to change from perfectly decent long swim shorts and t shirt . On return dressed in jeans and t shirt & sliders he was again sent back to room to change into proper shoes !! What kind of policy is this in a low budget hotel ? Ridiculous !! The pool although ok was manned by a life guard who just sat reading or on his phone . The pool closed between 12 & 12.30 presumably for his lunch but he was t happy for us to leave our towels for the half hour . Unable to order drinks or food at the pool despite being advertised. As available . Not sure what the purpose of the lifeguard was as he never left his chair while we were there . Despite these issues the hotel is value for money , clean and comfortable and in a good location

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The hotel was clean and is in an excellent location close to the mid levels. We originally booked a standard room but it was so small it was more like a cupboard so we upgraded to a suite which was much better. The breakfast was nice and the staff were lovely. The shuttle bus to the bus station was a great help.
