"Place definitely had better times in terms of exterior looking, bedroom was ok ish in terms of size. really tiny shower, wifi stopped working through the night. breakfast was ok for a one night stop (cold cuts, vienosserie, boiled eggs, fruits, cake, cereal). possibility to safely store bicycle inside. Osteria next door is life saving for excellent food. the place is next to a very busy road, expect this when opening the window "

"We had a clean room with a beautiful view of the Poppi castle and Tuscany landscape. The concierge recommended some incredible restaurants during our visit which were so good! The breakfast was basic but still good, and parking was readily available. Highly recommend! "

"Our stay was aboslutely wonderful! The house and farm lies high up in the Tuscan hills and we were immersed in lush greenery with a river flowing nearby. Lorenzo was very welcoming and cooked us a delicious Tuscan dinner every night. We also loved his beautiful dog and two cats who made our stay extra nice! The room was sprakling clean and very cozy. "
