We got upgraded to a King size bed and the room was impeccable - great shower! The hotel is close to La Piazza San Marco and also only a 5 minute walk to the Grand Canal. "The location of this hotel is very good for exploring Venice. There is a water-bus stop only about 5 minutes from the hotel, so getting into and out of Venice itself was very easy. It is a brand new building and as such, parking is tricky as there is no signage of where to park (it is underground) and there is no signage for the elevators, so it is trial and error finding the right doors! We stayed 2 nights and compared to some of the pricier options, I feel that this was a good value for what we needed it for."
