This boutique hotel is beautiful, clean and very quiet. The hotel manager assisted us from checking in, helping with our itinerary and even carried our bags to the water taxi. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and plan to stay here again!

The room was absolutely gorgeous, just as pictured, and even had a small area with a sofa and table. Our concierge, Elia, provided us with excellent, impeccable service, always assuring that we felt safe and taken care of. For example, he met us at the water taxi stop and led us to the hotel, rolling our luggage across cobblestones and up stairs for perhaps a quarter mile. His recommendations for restaurants were great, too! He also encouraged us to text him at any time if we had questions or issues.

The staff at the hotel were so accommodating and planned our water taxi for us to make the arrival literally effortless. Everything was prompt and they even met us at the dock on arrival and helped us to depart at the dock closest to the hotel. The staff were so friendly and polite towards us and we loved the small boutique feel of the hotel. Bedding was very good, and that was important to us. The entire property was spotless. Staff helped us with dining options and navigating support. Ask a question and they’ll support you. Quiet as it’s off the super busy areas, but so close to the action. We couldn’t review this stay any higher to be honest, and we can see why the hotel has a perfect rating. Incredible stay for my wife and I!

The team at Ninfea were incredibly helpful with all our questions and requests. They helped us with transfers to the train station and personally escorted us to the water taxi station! I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers who are looking for a centrally located boutique hotel with personal service in a quiet area and close to San Marco Square. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners on our last day. They are thoughtful and caring people. You can see their values immersed in the beauty of the hotel. It’s a wonderful team at Ninfea. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to Venice.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it was terrific. Especially the people! The staff is great and friendly and the owners are such sweet and lovely people. Very accommodating and even helped me with my transport to the train station upon checkout so it made me feel very taken care of. Anyone will be lucky to stay here for their trip to Venice. Definitely coming back with friends and family!

Kardi and Elia were so helpful with navigating the area and with travel (water taxis and trains). Great location! The hotel is clean and beautiful with all the accommodations needed for your comfort. Loved that the room had a tea kettle and mini fridge with drinks and snacks. The shower was so cool too (Mimosa room). Bed was super comfy! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Ninfea is a gem in Venice tucked amongst the canals and corridors. It is very close to everything and our consierge Elia was wonderful. It’s a small boutique hotel and very quaint. We were warmly welcomed and staff were readily available through text. My only complaint is the lack of available ice.

Great stay in Venice

This place was amazing. From initial booking through arrival Kardi was extremely helpful. She helped us navigate the area, arrange our transportation. Suggested food restaurants as well as what sites to see. Kardi went above and beyond to make sure our trip was fantastic. From our greeting to our check out everything was as smooth S possible. Would recommend staying here S it is very close to everything.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ninfea Luxury Suites. It’s a small boutique hotel with just a few rooms, which made the whole experience feel really quiet and personal. The location is amazing—tucked away on a peaceful street but just a short walk from St. Mark’s Square and great shopping. We stayed in the Lilium Suite, which was absolutely beautiful—elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What really made it special, though, were the hosts. Elia and Kardi were so warm and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. If you’re looking for a relaxed, intimate place to stay in Venice, this is a great choice.

Lovely stay! The host was extremely helpful and accomodating! Beds were very comfortable and we loved the foam pillows. Air Conditioning is a must have and wonderfully cool. Will stay here again!

Venice Boutique Hotel

Stayed 2 nights in March. Beautiful space, everything new, stylish and tasteful in this boutique hotel. Very clean and quiet. Excellent location. Beautiful setting. Received with a warm welcome. The host/proprietor was prompt with all communication and also very nice. Hands down, this was the nicest place we stayed during our 2 weeks of travel in Italy. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Looks exactly like the photos, for once! We had a most luxurious and comfortable stay in the Camellia suite. The staff go out of their way to provide a comfortable stay. If it is important to you when booking a property, please note that the rooms are not very soundproof. However, the area was quiet, the other guests were quite quiet and our stay & sleep were not disrupted by this.
