"This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. "Communication was easy and nina was very accommodating. Place was clean and tidy and convenient for situation. Family was very friendly. However, keep in mind there is no kitchen which was not a big deal for me but for future guest who are looking for a room and want to cook. Regardless, would recommend people to stay. "

"Alma out host was the kindest host I’ve ever met! She was great with communication and absolutely helped us extend late checkout and early checkin. Really respectful, even drove us to Walmart. The home was so spacious and clean, would 1000% stay here again! "
