"breakfast was 6//10 for me but coffee was very good Room service made sure there was plenty of soap etc. Hotel well located for my needs but the bigger positive it aspect it was quiet, no noise at night, could not ear any plane, traffic noise even guest in surrounding room. I will go back if price stays in the same range. or other guess "

"I checked in the first day the pool had a notice stating it was closed for the day. Three days later the notice was still up and I was still unable to use the pool. I did book mainly for the purpose to be able to use the pool. I had booked well in advance and the room had no face clothes and only two towels. When I asked for face clothes, not only did it take two days for them to get me face clothes, but they also only brought one. I wasn't very happy with the service. And the AC unit could not be controlled from the panel and our room was freezing so I had to unplug the entire system. And the desk chair in the room was broken and I almost fell out of it upon sitting in it. Overall I would give like 2 stars. The facility was fairly clean but the service and maintenance was not great."

"never got a to the property and could not correspond with the property as I could not verify my existence on line. I was blocked from any communication, could not cancel my reservation yet they still had no trouble charging my VISA card for the stays I could not access."

" - No towels! I asked for one and was told that the info sent included the fact there would be no towel. Rereading the email I don't see that mentioned. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not provide towels! - Minimal bedding: one thin duvet. I was so cold I slept in my jacket. (Outside temp was about 9C. on April 29) - Mop left in shower. Shower has mold. - Confirmation email says "Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival." No such request was received. - The house number was not included in the directions. - The first time I called the phone number for the hotel it went to voice mail. To be fair, after that I did get an answer as to the location of the hotel and then text communication."
