"The location is great and the self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was clean and comfortable, and it suited our family of four well. The only issue we experienced was that the toilet light was not working. We contacted the staff via text, and they mentioned that a colleague would come to fix it. However, during our one-night stay, no one came to resolve the issue before we checked out. Overall, a good stay, but the maintenance response could be improved."

"Fabulous hotel within easy walking distance of the main area. The hotel is clean and staff very helpful. It has a car park which was ideal for us and driving to it was no problem to navigate.
