Lovely hotel and staff

Friendly staff, very helpful and always smiling. Amazing service and good communication. Breakfast was the best options and best tasting I’ve had within the UK- even my fussy daughter loved it! Dinner was delish too! Amazing value.

I was expecting a standard hotel but was very surprised by how much I enjoyed staying here. Apart from being clean, having parking on site and lovely restaurant, the staff made the trip! The young man on reception (I wish I remembered his name) was just lovely! Very friendly and helpful and kind. He took time to talk to me and make me feel so much better after my very long day at work. The waitresses in the restaurant were also really lovely. Helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Theatre stay with daughter. What a wonderful hotel central to town, Resturant’s shopping,. Made perfect by the really nice young staff. Gentleman on reception particularly. Swimming was a bonus. A Truly Amazing and Unforgettable Stay! My recent stay at the Holiday Inn was absolutely amazing, thanks in large part to their exceptional staff. We were there to celebrate a very special occasion: our anniversary and our daughter's birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were met with incredible hospitality. The front desk staff, especially Cristina, was so friendly and welcoming. We were celebrating a double milestone, and Cristina had clearly listened to the notes provided. To our complete and lovely surprise, we found a few treats left in our room for the occasion. This unexpected and thoughtful gesture truly made our stay feel special and personalized. The staff at this hotel are truly outstanding, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable and warm experience. We can't wait to come back!

To be honest was my first stay in a holiday inn which was a bit poor....on arriving key cards were not working .then took 35mins to get taken to our rooms....the rooms were extremely hot even tho the aircon was on full cold and was very noisy... asked for a 2pm check which was denied alao ....so i would definitely not stay this hotel again....also breakfast was very ordinary on this occasion and for the huge price of it not worth it

yes great place with fabulous , friendly staff. Easy parking outside hotel, think it was £10 or £15 per night. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the food and beer in the hotel are good anyway.

Average hotel rooms but check towels before using.

Good hotel in a good location with parking (£15 for 24 hours). Easy walk to shops, restaurants & snow dome. Room was as expected for a chain hotel, ok but not luxury. Room seemed clear but 1 towel had horrible brown marks on, mud we hope.

We were delighted to be 'guests of the day'. The hotel and staff were amazing. It gave us a sure start for the following day. Breakfast was tops, beds so comfy..we were spoilt, thank you. Just a small tip: it would be handy to have a hand grip to get out of the bath/shower.
