Noisey sweat box ☹️
Lovely people, great location but 1) no air con 2) courtyard in middle of hotel very noisy with deliveries starting at 6am 3)courtyard bakes all day in the heat, so room doesn't cool down at night (see 1 above) 4) no curtains and only 1 shutter closed so the whole hotel could see in my room all night. Wouldn't recommend, sorry.

I had a terrible experience and never before did i not feel safe at a hotel. It was hard to access it, the parking garage was closed, the distance to bring the luggage and stair cases were inconvenient to say the least, the rooms were very small, one of them dirty and smelled moldy, the other one cold, paper thin walls we could hear other people and cars nearby, hard beds uncomfortable, toilet water running all night. Worst part, when I asked for a refund of susbequent nights so that i could go elsewhere i was advised to have my lawyer contact their legal office. I am afraid i will never see money back but had to leave this terrible hotel. My family and I didnt feel safe.

Great value for money
This hotel is everything you need when traveling on budget. The design is stuck in the 80’s, but it is clean and in a great location. Dominic the hotel manager is wonderful host and he makes a brilliant coffee!

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was simple but comfortable.

Adequate but room for improvement
The place was fine & quiet, breakfast was generous. They also let me keep some of my food in their fridge. My only problems were that my bed was so hard & uncomfortable, I'm only in my 20s & still had a sore back/neck all week. It could be a big issue for older people. Also the hairdryer seemed to be from the 1950s, it was more like a vacuum cleaner hose that blew cold air. It took over an hour to dry my short hair. There was no central heating in the room either so it was really freezing. I only realised at the end of my stay, that there was a standalone heater but I couldn't get it working. I think these small problems can be improved on, like replacing the hairdryers. Overall it was fine although I think it was a bit too expensive for what it was & the location

At best shabby.
Have traveled around the globe but never had this experience. Surprised who gave even two stars to this shanty hole. Even did not have a proper entrance and was pretty difficult to locate. The room was four walls constructed around two joined beds posing as a double bed. Shower could hardly accommodate a person up to 70/75 Kgs, anyone larger better go to a nearby carwash. Claustrophobic would faint. Hotels dot com should consider delisting this place.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was clean and cozy. The service and breakfast was good. However one of the receptionist (tall and skinny) was so cheap and every time we asked for a bottle of water he refused to put it on our room and every single time asked for one euro thinking that we might runaway! Putting him aside other things were good.

A rather dreary place, but adequate for a single night's stay. The window of our room was right outside a noisy parking garage. Breakfast cost extra, so we passed on it.

central small quiet hotel
Comfortable beds and pillows, good quality bed linen and towels; good small bathroom - basin, bidet, shower, toilet; breakfast extra 8 euros and worth it. Downside - couldn't get wi fi signal.

Près du métro, sécuritaire, tout prêt de bon resto, personnel parfait sauf un je crois qu'il travaillait la mais il prenait la petite espace de la salle a mangé pour son bureaux et il parlait tres fort au téléphone tres impolis. Immeuble vieux mal insonorisé deux lits simples pour faire un double plutot un deux etoiles

È un hotel molto pratico, però la "colazione" non è assolutamente da prendere in consoderazione. È molto meglio fare colazione in uno dei tanti bar presenti nel quartiere

Die Zimmer werden nicht nur in zwei Fällen gereinigt: 1) Wenn Sie den Raum verlassen und den Schlüssel mitnehmen, denken die Putzfrauen, dass Sie im Raum sind und nicht gestört werden möchten. 2) Wenn Sie die Zimmer zu spät verlassen, beenden die Putzfrauen um 14 Uhr die Schicht und gehen. Sono stato una notte nell’Hotel Fiorella per partecipare al concorso dell’esercito. A 15 minuti a piedi dalla caserma. Letto molto comodo e contesto molto tranquillo. Comodo per la metro e vari servizi(mcdonald e vari ristoranti)

In questo albergo c’è una atmosfera molto familiare, le camere sono pulite e ben curate, la colazione a buffet buona, il personale molto disponibile, unico aspetto per me negativo è che nella camera non c’è il bidet
