We came for a night to watch AC Milan and stayed here. Receptionist that checked us in was very friendly and gave us our room 2 hours before official check-in. Hotel and room were clean and tidy, shower and toilet were immaculate, the former worked well also. Very convenient for travelling as it was a few mins walk away from the metro line. Would definitely stay again if I visited Milan or went to the San Siro again

I missed a good breakfast. I like in the morning to go down from room an dhave at least egs or pancakes. This is the only reason from my 4 stars. Oh , and missing closet in the room. Overall bathroom and toilet were excellent. The hotel is very very clean .

Staffs were nice. The room was nice enough but I couldn’t turn one of the lights off at night, which was annoying.. the room was quiet so that was plus. I could go to anywhere by walking.

It is great location but the rooms are very small for tow person the the the front desk all of them are great it is good hotel just to use it for sleeping and spend all day out side

Check-in staff were pleasant and efficient I'd unwittingly booked an accessible room as a last-min bargain. The shower curtain didn't stop the spray from getting across much of the ensuite area. There were a couple of hairs from at least two other people in the bathroom. Carrefour two doors down the street is handy

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Great location with easy access anywhere, the staff I interacted with were nice, room was tiny but that was expected and since I was alone this did not matter. Comfortable bed, great shower, clean and pretty modern/new. My only complaint is the room has too many of those tiny lights everywhere (fire alarm, smoke detector (blinking) TV, room card slot (bright green or red light that lit up the entire room), so the room is not completely dark at night, for those that are bothered by it (like me) this was annoying, also the A/C, if one has it set to a low temperature, it kicks in every few minutes, which woke me up several times. But I’d stay here again!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! I arrived 2am and they sold my room to someone else after informing them I would be checking in then. Moved us to their other hotel which was in a homeless area and very unsafe, moved back the next day to HEART and asked for the air conditioning to be turned on the staff advertised it doesn’t get turned on until the summer? False advertising and booked because it was warm weather and needed AC. Hotel refused a partial refund and Expedia did nothing to help after contacting them numerous times. Really bad experience!! Hotel was dirty and needed a good clean

Very happy I chose to stay here, so clean, well designed, and friendly. Could walk all over the city centre, surrounding areas, and take the subway from here easily and felt at home coming back. BUT make sure to get a room facing away from the street, the nearby ER sends out frequent ambulances and the streetcars are very loud. No iron or kettle in the room.

Do not stay at this hotel. When my wife and I had to suddenly change our reservation because of a government flight ban that cancelled our flight, Heart Hotel simply took our money and refused to give us a refund. The hotel staff were rude in dealing with us and kept changing their explanation as to why they couldn't help us. They just kept the money and refused to refund or credit us anything at all.

Front desk is very nice. Location is good and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. I love that there is a couple verses garage close by for only 10 euro/ day.

Located in the Porta Nuova neighbourhood, a few steps away from Piazza Gae Aulenti and at walking distance from Porta Venezia, this was a very good choice. The property looks modern and my room was comfortable and clean, yet with no frills.

They had an excellent breakfast and were located close to the public transportation. This is an older hotel. You can tell it was once a very fine hotel .with some updates it gould be again. Unfortunately our room had an unpleasant smell and the AC was poor.

Hotel Cervo Milan
Great little hotel.on arrival our first impression was very friendly and welcoming. Very convenient with the tram across the road , and a five minute walk to the new modern area of Gae Aulenti Piazza. Just 3 stops on the team to Milan Central station, and a nearby metro to take you very quickly to the heart of this beautiful city. For the price it was fantastic. Small supermarket on one side and an English pub on the other.

Good location near Porta Garibaldi train station
The hotel is close to Porta Garibaldi train station. There is also an Eataly (FICO) about 5 minutes walk away. The room was small but OK. It was often quite noisy. Shower pressure very low. Breakfast was very good with friendly staff and a good selection of food.

Hotel Cervo is in a great location, close to transport. The property was clean, and staff very friendly and helpful when we asked for extra pillows or towels. The breakfast buffet was great, with lots of choices and the staff were constantly replenishing it. Overall a great place to stay. Hope to stay again!
