Clean room, lovely place with modernised bathroom. Our room was up a million narrow stairs so would be quite difficult with a large suitcase. Saying that, we managed with two kids and back packs. Quad room was large and had everything we needed including a fridge. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The buses were easy to navigate and an easy trip to the centre of town. Only a three minute walk to bus stop. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and you are sat in a beautiful conservatory overlooking the back garden watching the birds and squirrel’s. I would definitely stay again.
