"I absolutely love staying here when I’m in Victoria. The location is fantastic, the rooms are modern, spacious, incredibly clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Every staff member is so helpful and accommodating, they really do bend over backwards to make your stay amazing. The restaurant is great too, and the servers are wonderful. Truly love everything about this hotel"

"Excellent breakfast, clean room, good staff. They need to manage the EV parking spots more effectively. One EV sat in one of the two available charging stalls for almost 24 hours not using the charger at all. That’s not acceptable for the rest of us."

"The only thing left from Marriott brand are comfortable beds and clean nice linens. Room furniture is awful, bathroom amenities resemble cheap motels, rolled towels in a lobby bathrooms are gone, just paper towels. What used to be very classy bar resembles fast food restaurant. Going forward, not worth the money and I will consider other options when staying in Victoria for multi day business trip."

"We stayed on a weekend. There was loud party music blasting until late in the night (it’s near a nightclub) making it hard to fall asleep. The rooms are okay. The shower head pressure is insanely high, and sprayed water all over the bathroom floor, so watch out for that."
