"From when you are greeted at reception booking in until you leave concierge opening doors every member of staff are happy, smiley and chatty. Room wonderful and warm. Nice relaxing bar. Breakfast chices excellent. Clean and comfortable all round. Best hotel is Southport and hard to beat outside the locality. "

"This is a nice hotel, excellent value for the price. Friendly welcome - not particularly by design, I was right on the nice and early check in time of noon and my room was ready. Ample off road parking. A little out of town if you're walking but "local" supermarkets are nearby. Convenient for the coast, RSPB Reserve. Again, for the price paid it was great value and I would definitely stay again."
