Features, main bathroom, ensuite to master and separate powder room, gas fire place, ceiling fans, Basketball ring, OSP for 3 cars and or boat, WIFI, trampoline and monkey bars. Located in a quiet pocket of Sorrento with very little through traffic, a short walk to Baked in Portsea cafe, Recreation gym and Sorrento Main St. For your convenience and comfort, the house also boasts a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board and all new furniture, beds and mattresses throughout the home.
