Shibu no Yu
3.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (52)
"Room was smaller than expected (about 10 tatami). Onsen was fine. Food was tasty, and changed the second day, which is nice. The ryokan building itself is quite pretty. The rooms are Japanese Rooms with Tatami, the Onsen's are beautiful and the key feature of the hotel. It's quite luxurious by Japanese standards but recognise you will probably be the only foreigners in the entire hotel. But a warning as they they played tricky in the booking. Booked two months in advance, non-smoking, city view. 24 hours before the booking they...
