The home upstairs boasts open plan lounge, dinning and kitchen area, 2 Double bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, laundry leading to single garage. The conservatory off the dinning room has an entrance that leads to part enclosed deck.
Downstairs has 2 large double Bedrooms with own entrances, both rooms share a shared EnSite, toilet and shower.
The view from this home are to live for, surrounded by bush, birds nestled on the edge of the escarpment. Tutukaka coast playground, beaches, walks, cafes, even golf at Hikirangi.
