"Very nice new Hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. They need to provide security escorts to the Air Train in the off hours."

"We stay 2 nights on 4/22-23. We need 2 bathrobes. We called the front desk; they said they would send the extra one in, and it never came. Forget about it."

"Was very surprised that hotels.com rated this an 8.0. It was far from an 8.0. First we were put in a room that the bed was not made. Second room was in tact but had a whole in the room ceiling, and no drain plug in the sink. To say something positive I could say they did have clean towels and they did honor our wishes to be on the ground floor. The glass in casement upon entering the hotel lobby gave me the impression that this area is not so safe so one night was all I could take. Will be watching more closely the rates on hotels.com from now on."

"The room was very noisy! Elevator noise on one side and street noise from cars and trucks from the windows. We could hear planes flying overhead. The window covering didn’t prevent light from coming in on both sides. Very cheap shades that got stuck every time we tried to close them. We were woken up in the morning by a fire alarm!! It went off and continued very loudly. We had to evacuate the building before we could get fully dressed. It was cold outside. We waited for 20 minutes until 3 NYC fire department trucks came and 10 firefighters rushed in and soon found out it was a false alarm. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It’s not soundproof and very rundown. It’s across the street from storage yard for trash trucks and snow removal equipment with mountains of debris and salt for snow melting!!"
