"We were only in for 1 night but the hotel looked amazing! Lovely indoor/outside pool, good breakfast, very comy bed and great shower. The location was perfect only a 5 min walk from the railway station and perfect for exploring this fantastic area. We will definitely return soon and spend longer at this hotel in beautiful Zermatt. "Really lovely hotel . Everyone working there was so kind and helpful. Great location for exploring Zermatt . Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely l’Occitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station . "We had a wonderful 4 nights stay there. Our balcony facing Matterhorn. 7-8 minutes walk to train station. The Sunnegga bahn is like 6 minutes walk. The buses are free but we did’t take it. Saw the blackneck goats matching on the street was cool. Love Zermatt. Definitely want to come back. The dining room window facing Matterhorn. I al recommend this hotel to my friend"
"The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We even received a tour upon arrival. We had two nights of room service, and it was quick and extremely tasty! The spa and pool ares were nice as well. Don’t skip out on breakfast!"
