Spa et piscine intérieur/extérieur, les chambres sont très propres et la vue depuis le balcon parfaite ! Le parking est compliqué, peu de place libres devant l'hôtel et le parking en sous-sol est d'un autre temps ! Cependant la sympathie du personnel compense ce désagrément de parking !

Anreise für die Mountainbike WM. Schönes Zimmer jedoch Spinnweben im Badezimmer. Schöne Poollandschaft aber zu wenig Liegen, waren alle beteits besetzt. Bar im Poolbereich war nicht besetzt. Personal hat das Brot beim Frühstück mit den Händen angefasst.

Hotel am Rande des Zentrums und ruhig gelegen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, jedoch Deutsch will oder kann niemand sprechen :-( Das Zimmer für den Winter sehr gut geeignet mit Panoramasicht auf Alpen:-) Im Sommer bei 36° ohne Klimaanlage und nur 1 grosses Fenster (Schiebetüre) kein Lüften möglich:-( Zimmer generell renovationbedürftig:-( Der grosse Pool macht vieles wieder wett :-) Das Frühstück und dessen Auswahl war gut:-) Preis/Leistung ist an der oberen Grenze:-l

Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Das kleine Zimmer zur Strassenseite ist eher durchschnittlich. Die Lounge und das Restaurant haben eine super Aussicht mit den Panoramafenstern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schade für so ein schönes Haus

Zimmer No. 702 Schönes Naturholz Zimmer Wasserhahn im Zimmer musste zuerst ersetzt werden. Kaffe im Zimmer gibts pro Tag nur zwei, kein Kafferahm. Trinkwasser aus der Flasche für die Nacht, wird nicht ersetzt wenn noch ein Deziliter drin war. Allem muss man Nachlaufen u selber Organisieren. Sehr mühsam! Es gibt auch nicht mehrsprachige Infos. Am Abreisetag konnte das Personal dann plötzlich Deutsch sprechen. Wasserschlauch im Publikums Bad defekt. Aussenbad geschlossen. Grosse Wasserlachen beim Hoteleingang bis an die Schiebetüren Hauseingang. Parkplätze Einfahrt in die Einstellhalle mit einem 2.05 Meter hohen Auto nicht möglich, da das Einfahrtstohr Max. 1.85 Meter in der Höhe. Innerhalb fast 3.00 m Parkplätze wurde nur dürftig vom Schnee befreit. Im Treppenhaus blieben Metalspäne vom Bohren mehrere Tage am Boden liegen. Sehr oft hört mann im Zimmer sehr unangenehme Motoren Geräusche die nicht definierbar sind. Essen am Abend war nur auf Anmeldung möglich mehrheitlich geschlossen.

la chambre était très vieillotte, pas de peinture sur le bas des portes, placo apparent, demi marches entre chambre, salle de bain et toilette , on se cogne tout le temps , capsule de café et sachet de thé payant dans la chambre , peu de lumière, pas de navette pour aller à la gare ou aux remontées mécaniques, 2 restaurants sont annoncés alors qu'il ny en a qu'un, etc .... le seul point positif : la gentillesse du personnel par contre ils sont en sous nombre et donc débordés

Très bon séjour

Très bon "court" séjour. Equipe de la réception très efficace et amicale. Séjour parfait, rien à dire. La piscine et les extérieurs sont magnifiques.

Great find especially considering it was last minute due to another hotel canceling our reservation due to closing down the hotel because of Covid. They had an available room that night for 6 nights for us and all last minute!

Hebt sich von Bausünden rundherum wohltuend ab

Schönes altes Holzhaus neben einem noch schöneren Holzhaus, in dem sich ein Speiserestaurant befindet. Rund herum stehen sonst leider vor allem Bausünden aus den 70er- und 80er-Jahren. Zimmer hübsch eingerichtet.

Kein 4-Sterne Hotel

Vielleicht war das Hotel 4* in der Vergangenheit, aber es ist nicht mehr. Es an, als wir ankamen. Der Check-in war ab 15 Uhr, aber wir waren um 14.30 Uhr da, weil wir die Kleidung für unsere Abschlagszeit auf dem Golfplatz wechseln mussten. Es war ein sehr junger Mann am Schreibtisch und er bestand auf sehr unfreundliche Weise darauf, dass wir unser Zimmer nicht vor 15 Uhr haben können. Es gilt anzumerken: es war Sommersaison und das Hotel nicht ausgebucht sicher. Also mussten wir in der Toilette wechseln. Unser Zimmer ist sehr klein und sehr alt. Sie konnten die Badezimmertür nicht schließen und auch die Tür der Dusche schloss sich nicht richtig. Das Hotel muss renoviert werden! Das Zeug war überhaupt nicht freundlich und die Frühstücksauswahl war nichts Besonderes. Es gab nichts erklärt (wenn es Gluten, Laktose enthält...) musste man erraten, was es auf dem Buffet ist (auch welche Art von Marmelade oder Joghurt - man musste raten). Der Kaffee und die Croissants waren gut, aber das war das Einzige. In der Nacht war es laut (wir hatten den Nordblick zur Straße) und man konnte nicht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Und das Schlimmste waren die Decken: Es war Sommer und sie hatten Winterdecken. Wir schwitzten (keine Clima und geschlossene Fenster). Würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen, bis sie es renovieren.

Kurzentschlossener shorttrip

Wir wirden an der Reseption herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles in unserer Sprache (Deutsch) erklärt. Das Personal gab sich sehr viel Mühe, so dass keine Wünsche offen blieben. Wir genossen den kleinen Wellnessbereich und den schöne Pool. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber.
